Could you feel more grounded than this? On the main floor of this condo you’ll find a comfortable living/dining area, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hall bathroom connects to a garden-themed master bedroom featuring a King Bed and white wicker furniture. A private patio door opens from the bedroom to a secluded area of the terrace. Original watercolor paintings with southwest and floral themes grace this condo throughout. Climb the stairs to find your second-floor outdoor patio with panoramic views of the Moab Valley-the perfect spot for morning coffee. The west bedroom upstairs has one queen bed and a queen futon sofa. A convenience door opens to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. At the end of the hall, the gigantic east bedroom provides two queen beds, TV/VCR, a spacious sitting/reading area with love-seat, and a super-large walk-in closet. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the outdoor charcoal grill, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance, through your Airbnb portal and via email once booked. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
