Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice hotel, helpful staff, Smart TV.

Negative: Breakfast was very limited. Only coffee and toast. Key card had to be re-programmed 2 times as it stopped working. The hotel were not able to change my reservation to one night from two. Due to Winter storm on the trip, our plans had to be flexible, so I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one. They said they couldn't over rule Booking.com rules. Other hotels did.

Summary: Nice Hotel, but limited breakfast options. Not flexible enough to help booking change.
