Summary: Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was an issue as the hallway was very warm and at times uncomfortable. Once the room ac was adjusted it was much better. Recommend adding a comfort zone to the room requests so that guests don’t have to adjust for themselves.
