Ice cold central Air Conditioning unit provide respite during hot Texas days. The kitchen has a full range oven, a large vintage sink basin, and a full sized refrigerator. There is a vintage clawfoot tub right outside of the bathroom with an extra long shower curtain that encloses the entire tub. Yes, you read that right, the bathtub is outside of the bathroom! There is also separate raised area next to a window that functions as a useful office space. The apartment doesn't share walls with any neighbors so it's completely private and quiet. Right downstairs you can visit an array of antique stores, and you're right downtown next to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Sam Houston State University is a 4 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk. There is an Washer and Dryer inside the apartment. It's a bit old and take awhile to dry clothes but it does work. Please note the apartment requires walking up 2 staircases. Sorry, no pets allowed.
