Positive: 1 Convenient location, 2 friendly staff, 3 fast elevator, 4 higher level has nice views to the city

Negative: 1 hotel lobby floor is dirty 2 hotel elevators have food crumbs 3 the wall behind the beds has dirty spots camouflaged by dark color wall paper, it’s really gross 4 this is the 2nd W hotel we stayed. Very dark in the lobby and hallway. Hotel room doesn’t have enough lights 5 shower head only have one option. Water heats up very slow. Shampoo pump was broken.

Summary: Needs to work on cleanness of the hotel
