This cottage sits at the back of a 5000 square feet fully fenced backyard, flanked by two mature apple trees that bear juicy sweet apples in the fall. Located steps away from downtown Ballard and right across from Safeway and Ballard market, it offers a perfect combination of privacy and walkability.
Access to the cottage is through a separate fenced entrance to the right of the main house in front. There is a paved path that leads to the cottage. The cottage has its own keypad lock, so guests can go in and out as they please.
After a day of fun, lounge in the privacy of your cozy cottage complete with a modern kitchen, plush bed, and fresh linens. Welcome home!

**Please note that the main house up front does have a friendly pup Pablo onsite, and he sometimes shows up in the yard and could come say hi! If you dislike dogs, please take note! We are also in the middle of a large backyard so you may see the occasional spider or ant.
Also, please note that the basic pricing per night is for 2 guests. Each additional guest requires $1 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Airbnb should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests"

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.

Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND *
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
