DREAMING OF HAWAII? We invite you to stay at our family-owned Maui Banyan condo in sunny, South Maui. This 1BR/2BA second floor condo (Building H, unit 203) is right across the street from Kamaole II Beach, considered to be among the best of the beaches on Maui.
Arrive and be immediately taken in by the comfortable island décor of this lovely condo. Many of the framed photos hanging throughout the condo were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Go explore and find YOUR paradise!
Because hard surfaces are easier to keep germ-free, we replaced the flooring throughout the condo with wood-look flooring (LVP) so you don't have to wonder if it's clean, you’ll KNOW it’s clean. You’ll find all the comforts of home for either short or extended stays:
• Newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen—new cabinets, granite countertops, gorgeous backsplash, new stove/oven, new refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, etc.), dishes, cookware, BBQ utensils.
• BRAND NEW attached bathroom remodel. New vanity, medicine cabinet, shelves, and a custom walk-in shower with rain-shower head and handheld shower arm. Custom tile and accents make this a tropical spa.
• Remodeled hall bathroom includes new vanity, shelves, shower head, LVP flooring, etc. Two bathrooms make the stay SOOO much more comfortable!
• Comfortable KING-SIZE bed
• Brand new Italian-style Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. So comfy!!
• Mini-split A/C with a head in the living room and the bedroom! Mini-splits are quiet and much more efficient at keeping the whole condo cool!
• Lanai (deck) facing upcountry and down to the lower swimming pool (the pool area is not right off your lanai, it’s half a building away, so still quiet)
• Private washer/dryer INSIDE the condo
• Two flat screen TVs, one in LR, one in BR
• FREE Wireless Internet
• FREE off-street, ASSIGNED parking space just for your use!
• Beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, etc
• Portable crib for infants (crib sheets not provided)
• All linens provided (except for crib) including sheets, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, etc.
This condo is family-owned and is our home-away-from-home, so we have taken great efforts to make sure everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui has been included.
Is our condo a good fit for you? Good question! I look at hotels as having categories, and I think Vacation Rentals do, too. From a hotel perspective, I think of the categories as Motel 6, Best Western, Hilton, and Four Seasons. Budget/basic, Economy, Economy Plus, Luxury. I believe my condo fits between the Best Western and the Hilton. Better than basic, comfortable and clean, but not fancy. All the comforts of home, amenities to help you enjoy Maui, no need to bring a tux!
IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW:
- This condo, it's attached lanai, AND the Maui Banyan common areas are strictly NON-SMOKING. While Maui Banyan does provide a smoking bench, no smoking OF ANY KIND is allowed anywhere on the property other than at the designated bench.
- The person making the reservation must be one of the registered guests. No reservations can be made for other people. Minimum age of primary guest is 25. No more than 4 guests are allowed. Guest's identity and the number of guests will be verified at check-in.
- Maui Banyan does have security cameras on property covering the parking garage and the grounds, including the pool areas. Cameras do not look onto any lanais or into any units. Maui Banyan also has 24/7 on-site security.
- Please note that only one vehicle per reservation is allowed, as we only have one deeded parking space. The good news - you have an assigned parking space waiting just for you! No circling the parking lot looking for a place to park!
