We are very saddened by the devastation and loss of life in Lahaina.
Our condo is NOT IN Lahaina, we are 6 miles from it. Thankfully since we are not close to Lahaina, our condo, complex, and all surrounding areas are in the same pristine condition as it always has been.
Imagine staying within a few feet of the waters edge. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean right below your lanai!
Relax as you enjoy the incredible ocean panorama in this spacious 1680 sf. large luxury two bedroom, two bath, beach front condominium. Almost double the size of most Maui condos. Spectacular sunsets, whale watching, and awesome views of Lanai and Molokai can be seen from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and outside lanai. This third floor location gives the feeling that you are literally on the beach yet high enough to enjoy the panoramic view. This location also provides a walkable 2 floors to the beach, pools, restaurant, and all the amenities. (just in case you want to get a little exercise) or take the elevator.
Our Sands of Kahana condo was renovated including AIR CONDITIONING throughout the entire unit with controls in each room.
BEWARE many condos do not have air-conditioning, Maui can be hot!!
The kitchen is complete with all cookware (even a bread maker) and dishes needed to prepare any meal. Sixteen outside BBQ's (cleaned daily) are also available to use. The stainless steel appliances are all new including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice.. There also is a full size washer and dryer, free WiFi, cable TV in each bedroom.
A huge 50 inch screen in the living room and all these amenities are included to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The condo can sleep up to seven guests. The master has a Cal King-size bed, second bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The beds all have new luxury mattresses with plush comfort toppers, new down pillows with special protective covers over the mattresses and pillows for hygienic purposes. All the sheets and bedding are new high end fabrics.
A highchair and Pac-N-Play are provided for the little ones.
The master bedroom has a direct ocean vista with sliding glass doors that allow gentle breezes and soothing sounds of the waves lapping on the beach to lull you to sleep. The master bedroom also has sliding wood doors to the living room that can be closed for privacy or opened to give a very spacious and free flowing feel to the entire condominium.
Sit on your spacious lanai, have a refreshing drink and forget all your cares!
On site is a casual restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and daily Happy Hour, also enjoy a drink at the companion full bar.
The new owner just renovated the restaurant to 'Captain Jacks' previously in Lahaina.
Your stay also includes all the features the Sands of Kahana has to offer; ocean front swimming pool, kids pool, hot tub, two well equipped fitness rooms, 16 beach level gas BBQ's, lighted tennis and pickleball courts (pickle balls and rackets available for your use), putting green, basketball, covered parking(included). The complex has 24 hour security and 24 hour front desk so that you may checkin very late if needed.
Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, and surfing which are available to rent at the activity shack on site. The calm waters of Kahana beach are great for for swimmers and children.
I provide beach toys, water wings, tubes, etc. for the kids. I also provide multiple fins, masks, snorkels, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler and Maui Jim beach chairs. I even provide a cart to haul your stuff to our beach or one of the many other beautiful beaches on Maui.
I provide everything to have a wonderful Maui vacation, all you need to bring is your toothbrush, tee shirts and shorts!
This quiet Sands of Kahana Resort is a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Shops and restaurants are conveniently located across the street and you are within a short drive to many of Maui's top restaurants and attractions. Whalers Village is only a five minute drive, and has multiple excellent restaurants, shops and art galleries.
Play some golf? both Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses are within a five minute drive from your location. Many more beautiful courses are within a forty minute drive.
