Originally a 200+ acre farm, this Italianate Style Home is over 150 years old with exceptional craftsmanship and sits on 2 spacious acres in a country setting, only 1 mile from The Toll Road and also Granger Plaza (Grocery, Restaurants, Parks, etc.) & just 15 minutes (6.7 miles) from the University of Notre Dame!
We care for our home and all that’s in it. We’ve restored it completely while keeping its original character and many pieces original to the home. We share it with those who care about the details and appreciate the quality and rarity of a home like this one.
