There are a couple that live in the basement. They have their own entrance and parking. No space is shared.
Guest access
Guest have access to all spaces except the basement where two tenants live. There is no space shared and everything is separated. You will use the main entrance and the tenants in the basement have a separate entrance into the basement.
You will have two parking space on the driveway right outside of the garage and in front of the house.
