It has a very modern/contemporary feel. It has a huge backyard with a big pool, deck & spa. Each of the bedrooms (all located UPSTAIRS) have a king size bed. master bedroom also has a private living area/home office. Whether it is for work or leisure, guests would really enjoy the comfort and convenience of this home. Shops Nearby.
It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood so no loud music or outdoor gatherings (in-front or the backyard) after 10pm to avoid any disturbance or inconvenience for the neighbors. Also, please note all bedrooms are located upstairs & the pool is not temperature controlled. No events or additional guests permitted without prior approval. Parking is available for 3 cars on the street in front of the house.
