Utilize the one-car garage and enter the main floor that features soaring ceilings, a hand-painted mural of a Louisiana cypress tree custom-created by a New Orleans artist. The spacious living room gives ample space to relax and enjoy- maybe even watch a movie or the big game on the 75" smart TV. A half bath is available on the first floor for everyone's convenience. Eat as a group, or play board games at the large dining table that can fit 10! Let the chef in the group run wild in the well-appointed full kitchen that features an upgraded gas range, large fridge, sink, and dishwasher.
Last but not least on the ground floor is the backyard. Enjoy your private pool and outdoor dining area. Sit back and relax outside or in the pool.
