Summary: Pool and hot was well maintained, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok nothing to ride home about and staff was friendly. Until check out. I paid for a late check out and apparently “they did not let the next shift know. So I was locked out of my room and ended up leaving 30 minutes past normal check out time because they called me.
