After you park in the driveway at the top of the hill, you will meander down the serene path to the house on the water, takingyou down 140 stairs that are a combination of naturalstone, wood, and metal grated sections. For your convenience, an electric luggage tram is available to transport your luggage and groceries from your car to and from the house. Please note that the tram has a 100 lb. weight limit.
Open Concept Living with Dramatic Views
As you enter the house, you will be greetedby large bay windows in the open concept floor plan on the main floor with sweeping views of Colovos Passage on Puget Sound,a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches to relax with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen hasmodern appliances. For the coffee enthusiast, a French press, pour over cone, coffee grinder, and Nespresso Vertuo machine are provided.Upstairs, is aking bed in the primary suite with a private balcony and bathroom. Downstairs, is aqueen bed in a peaceful bedroom with water views, a twin bunk bed in a cozy bunk room, plus aqueen sofa bed in the common area.
Expansive Outdoor Adventure
Step outside onto the generous deck, where you can enjoy the sunset over the water from the western-facing property, cozy up on the ample outdoor seating around the gas firepit, or barbecue with the gas grill. The private dock and bulkhead provide rare waterfront amenities, and opportunity to explore the beach and sea life just steps from the house. You may see seals, eagles, blue heron, and the occasionalorca. You can also take the included canoe for a paddle.
