Enjoy this secluded and spacious home just north of Woodinville and south of Snohomish.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, your group can enjoy a respite with plenty of private spaces. Hot tub, fire pit, and gas grill make this a perfect gathering spot for meetings, family events, or tour groups.
The home is located about 45 minutes to 1 hour from downtown Seattle. SeaTac airport is about 60-90 minutes away, and Paine Field is 30 minutes.
Centennial Cycling Trail is just north of here, and Sammamish River Trail is also close by. Tulalip Casino and factory outlets are 30 minutes away.
The 120 wineries just a few miles south in Woodinville offer tastings, live music, dining, and tours. Snohomish has an quaint downtown with live music and several good dining options.
A few miles to the west are Edmonds and Mukeltio, which both offer ferry rides across the Puget Sound, highly recommended if you haven’t visted the area before.
The home is serviced by Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Amazon/Amazon Fresh. There is a Amazon Go store within 15 minutes of here.
Due to wildlife on the property, including coyotes, pets and small children should be left unattended outdoors. We have eliminated cleaning fees and extra guest fees and added an insurance policy option for future bookings based on guest feedback. We have also disputed our one bad review to date as the guest hosted a large party and damaged our property.
