► this is a non smoking and no pets suite, ► the condo enforces quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, which makes for very peaceful evenings - a good thing, since there are so many available daytime activities, you'll want to be well-rested!, ► there is a staircase to the loft: please exercise caution and supervise young children, ► the building is not ada compliant. it is not wheelchair accessible. there are plenty of stairs so pack light. there is an elevator to the fourth floor, but you also must climb a flight of 9 steps to get to the elevator on the first floor (from the lower parking lot), plus 3 sets of 6 steps (a total of 27 steps, divided over 4 stairways) to get to our front door, because of the unique way the complex is terraced up a hillside. once inside our condo, the only stairs are from the great room to the loft. our condo is the furthest one from the elevator for the a/b buildings, which is good for privacy, but please keep this in mind if you have any accessibility concerns.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
