The Space:
Welcome to Modern Vistas. A new addition to our family of stylish and luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. A convenient in unit full-size washer & drying is provided. Our condo is located directly across the street from Charlie Young Beach; perfect to enjoy the sand and catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include a pool, hot tub, several BBQ grills with picnic tables. This is a great location, walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Pacific Shores offers amenities for guests such a pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. A full-size washer and dryer is in the unit and laundry detergent is provided.
The Neighborhood:
Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and walking distance to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Pacific Shores is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay! It is the easiest way to get around the island.
